Being a mom of four girls means we have a lot of dolls at our house! We have rounded together some of our favorite toy doll picks and toy doll houses for toddlers through 10 year olds.

A collage of images of the small dolls included on this list.

There are two categories of toys that I always want to expand my collection on; blocks and toy dolls. We have put together a gift guide of some of our favorite toy dolls for your imaginative child. Let me know in the comments below if you have any favorites that we missed.

Peg Toy Dolls

Magnetic Clicques Dolls We love these magnetic clicques. They are interchangeable and so fun to mix and match!

Hand Painted Peg Dolls One of my personal favorite things is collecting unique hand painted peg toy dolls. One of my favorite artists is Dixie and Bee. We have a lot of her work and it’s always a favorite.

Handmade Wooden Characters This artist has fun wooden shapes to go along with her hand painted design. These wooden characters are perfect for small world play or stacking like blocks!

Disney Tsumiki Dolls These wooden characters also double as block play and toy doll world play. They are super cute and come in your favorite characters!

Nativity Peg Doll Set I get so excited anytime I can find fun tangible resources to enhance scripture and doctrine through play. We love this shop, and this particular nativity set with the peg dolls that can ride in the animals is especially fun. Use discount code: Purposeful10

Mini Pets Wooden Set This adorable pet set comes with a bunny, dog and cat along with their houses and a food bowl for each animal. My girls love adding these pets in with their peg toy dolls.

Soft Toy Dolls

Personalized Name Plush Doll This cute plush doll is from Amazon and you can customize it to have your child’s name embroidered. This is one that I’m especially excited about getting for my 1 year old this year!

Star Wars Plush If you have a Star Wars lover in your life, these plush dolls are absolutely adorable and come in a lot of your favorite Star Wars Characters.

Harper Iam Dolls I’ve been a fan of Harper Iam dolls before they were in Target stores. These dolls are absolutely beautiful and have the cutest outfits and shoes.

Maileg Mice I’ll forever love our Maileg mice. These little mice come with a lot of accessories so your child can change out their clothes and engage in small world play with a soft doll rather than your typical hard dolls.

Maileg Mice Pumpkin Carriage I think I gasped out loud when I saw this soft adorable pumpkin carriage. Was it for me? Maybe ha, but the kids are always stealing it!

Plush Doll with Mini Backpack These plush toy dolls come with the cutest mini backpack! Perfect for your toddler-preschooler.

Slumberkins Plushies I refer people to Slumberkins often. These incredible plushies are tools to help your child’s emotional development while also being the best soft cuddle toy for their big feelings. Use discount code: purposefultoys15

Crocodile with Eggs and Babies (Other animals also available) It’s nostalgia of this one for me. Growing up I had a plush dog that you could open up to reveal puppies. These animals are similar and I love them so much! This one is a momma crocodile with her babies that hatch out of eggs. So much fun!

Plastic Toy Dolls

Polly Pockets I loved polly pockets growing up, and my girls think the little carrying cases for the mini polly pockets are so much fun.

Mini BarbieLand Dolls My girls are having so much fun with these mini BarbieLand dolls. They are similar in size to your tiny poly pockets and they’re so much fun! We also love the color reveal ones.

Timber Tots School House We love this little school house! It has lights, moving parts, dolls and accessories. Here’s another great option thats a little smaller for less.

Playmobil School Bus We love all Playmobil, but I linked this one because of the fun school bus that your child will absolutely love! Playmobil is another one of those brands I love to collect.

Scooby- Doo Playmobil Van This Playmobil I had to also link because I love the Scooby-Doo VW van and the special characters.

Winnie the Pooh Slide and Doll Set Anytime there’s a play ground involved with toy dolls, my girls are all for it! I love the small Pooh and Tigger characters that also come with this one.

Magic Disappearing Milk and Juice Bottles An oldie but a goodie. The magic disappearing milk and juice bottles are so much fun and the perfect accessory for your child’s baby doll.

Calico Critters Tree House and Swing Set Calico critters also come with a multitude of accessories. I love the sweet little animal families and their homes. This tree house has a lot of play options while being extremely affordable.

Barbie and Ken 2 Pack Just building up your Barbie collection? This Barbie and Ken duo is the perfect start!

Inclusive Barbies Of course I had to round up my favorite inclusive unique Barbies for you. Adding diverse dolls into your child’s pretend play encourages inclusivity and acceptance of people who may look different than you.

Remote Control Barbie Car Okay when I saw this I thought, my 5 year old needs this! She loves barbies and this isn’t your regular Barbie Car, it’s a remote control Barbie car! Her Barbies can ride inside while she drives it electronically.

Disney Villain Barbies I had to link these because I thought they were so much fun! I love adding in a few villains with our toy dolls so my children can create stories with an added conflict in place.

Toy Doll Houses and Toy Doll Accessories

Hearth and Hand Dollhouse We have a few of the Hearth and Hand dollhouses and I absolutely love them. They come with the all the starter accessories that you need and are so beautiful you wont mind them left out in your child’s room or in your playroom.

Mini Adventures Adventure Dollhouse This toy dollhouse is so cool! The pieces are magnetic so that your child can change up the look of the dollhouse at any time. You can even add more pieces later on for even more creative builds and house designs.

I hope you enjoyed this gift guide for your toy doll lovers! Let me know your thoughts in the comments and make sure to check out my other gift guides here.
